Many Moons is a live theatre performance incorporating physical theatrics, improvisation and audience interaction. This classic piece of literature was written in the 1930s by one of America’s great humorists, James Thurber. It is a wise tale of a Princess who wants the moon and how she gets it. Everyone will relish the perplexed wise men, the enraged king, the understanding jester, and the practical way the princess solves the problem that baffles all her elders. Brüka premiered this adaptation by Michael Grimm in 2007. Featuring Mary Bennett and Brett Andres.
Brüka Theatre has been presenting live theatre for our community for 15 years. The performances of Many Moons for children and families are geared toward grades K – 5,
though they have found a large following of all ages. For reservations, to book Many Moons
